She approached the launch of The Waring Group with the imagination and vision to disrupt an old-school model. She thought about recruitment and candidate care that empowers and highlights the unique potential that we all bring.
The result? A job search solution for candidates that listens to them and helps them to succeed. A re-engineered recruitment process that helps both busy professionals who don’t have the time to dedicate themselves to job searching as well as those that are struggling to advance forward. We shed light on what happens behind the scenes of an interview process and create confident candidates in the process.
Leigh has worked as an executive and corporate recruitment leader for top Fortune 250 companies for over 13 years and helped thousands of candidates find jobs that would be rewarding for them. She developed a deep understanding of what separates the great candidates from the good ones and saw many situations where those great candidates lost out on a job because of avoidable missteps.
So, in following her passion to support jobseekers, the idea of The Waring Group was born, with the goal of driving successful job searches for candidates while helping to navigate the noise, stress, and curveballs that arise throughout the process.
